EARLE S. DAVIS

Earle Spicer Davis, 81, passed away Tuesday at his home.
A private graveside service for the family will be held Saturday at Willow Dale Cemetery with the Rev. Jerry Mitchell officiating.
Earle was born in Wayne County on Sept. 14, 1927, to the late Leslie C. Davis and Lola Mae Hatch Davis. He was retired from Southern Bell Telephone Company.
Earle is survived by his siblings, William H. Davis of Wilmington, Helen Davis Byers of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Edna D. Burwell of Goldsboro.
Arrangements are being handled by Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
