Barbara A. Cade, 71, died at Duke Raleigh Hospital on Sunday.
Funeral services will be held at a later date.
She was born in Reidsville to the late Annie L. and William A. Stanfield, and was the wife of Wyatt Cade.
She is survived by two sons.
