Mrs. Mary Mathis Savage, 79, 318 Blue Newkirk Road, Magnolia, died Sunday at Duplin General Hospital.
A Celebration of Life service will be held for Mrs. Mary Mathis Savage on Friday at 1 p.m. at Bethelite Baptist Church in Magnolia with Dr. Kevin Allen officiating. She will be laid to rest in Duplin Memorial Gardens in Teachey.
She was born April 22, 1929, to the late Toomer Mathis and Eva Bobbitt.
She leaves her husband, Manfred Savage; one son; and one daughter to cherish her memory.
There will be a viewing held on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Rhodes Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements are being handled by Rhodes Funeral Home of Warsaw.
