Ann D. McNeil, 1822 New Hope Road, died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Stoney Creek Free Will Baptist Church, 752 Stoney Creek Church Road. Family will receive friends following the service. Interment will be Saturday at 1 p.m. in Maplewood Cemetery (Annex B, Section 9), 1621 Duke University Road, Durham, with the Rev. Gary Bailey officiating.
Surviving are her husband of 42 years, Leonard "Mac" McNeil; sister, Connie D. Goodwin (Jim) of St. George, Utah; brothers, Ira M. Dearing Jr. (Judy) of Oklahoma City, Okla. and Jimmy Dearing (Carolyn) of Satsuma, Ala.
She was a native of Alabama and the daughter of the late Jessie Nathalea Bolen Dearing and the late Ira Martin Dearing.
She was a payroll clerk for Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. She loved and enjoyed worshipping at Stoney Creek Free Will Baptist Church.
