RALPH N. HOWELL SR.

Mr. Ralph Nicholas Howell Sr., 69, of 3339 Highway 111 N., died Sunday at his home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Williams and the Rev. Harmon Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Howell Family Cemetery.
Ralph was born in Wayne County on April 10, 1939, to the late Orion E. Howell and Ethel Herring Howell.
He retired as a truck driver with Estes Truck Line and was also a farmer. Ralph attended Free Chapel Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church.
Ralph is survived by his wife, Lindora Ginn Howell; his sons, Nick Howell and wife, Tina, of Garner and Brad Howell and wife, Brandi, of Goldsboro; his brother, Wayne Howell, and his grandsons Barrett Howell, Seth Barefoot and Hansen Barefoot.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Deams Howell.
Although flowers are welcome, memorials may be made to the Eastern Alzheimer's Association, 400 O'berlin Road, Suite 208, Raleigh, N.C., 27605.
The family will receive friends tonight from 6 until 8 at Seymour Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
