Mr. James Black, 73, 700 Prince Ave., died Saturday at Britthaven of Smithfield.
A viewing will be held Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Rhodes Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Goldsboro Chapel Free Will Baptist Church with pastor James Collins officiating. He will be laid to rest in Wayne Memorial Park.
He was the son of Alethia P. Lewis.
His mother and three children survive.
Arrangements are being handled by Rhodes Funeral Home of Goldsboro.
