John L. Grant, 61, 1910 Stephens St., died Tuesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Graveside services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
Born in Wayne County, he was the son of Mollie P. Tabor of Goldsboro and the late Lester Bruce Grant.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Grant is survived by one son and one daughter.
Family members will greet friends at the graveside immediately following the funeral service.
Arrangements are being handled by Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
