ERNESTINE E. TUCKER

NEWTON GROVE -- Mrs. Ernestine T. Tucker, 59, 2321 Mount Olive Highway, died Monday.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at West and Dunn Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Melvin Tucker Sr.; her daughters, Tracy Smith of Goldsboro, Tanya Hairr of Newton Grove and Tina Thornton of Newton Grove; her son, Melvin Tucker Jr. of Grantham; her sisters, Brenda Thornton of Newton Grove and Eleanor Strickland of Mount Olive; her brothers, Newland Thornton of Goldsboro, Dwight Thornton of Newton Grove and Keith Thornton of Benson.
Mrs. Tucker is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.
