Marvin Ray Mitchell, 81, died July 4, 2008, at Britthaven of Jacksonville.
A funeral will be today at 11 a.m. at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randall Pearce officiating. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery in Wilson.
He is survived by two children.
Flowers or donations may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
Arrangements are by Johnson Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
