DUDLEY -- Donald Lee Graham, 50, 411 Robin Lake Drive, died Tuesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A service to celebrate his homegoing will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Bear Creek Association, 1800 S. Slocumb St. Apostle Preston Grimes will officiate and burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery.
He was born in Wayne County to David J. Graham and the late Willie B. Graham.
He was a member of Holy Ghost Cathedral Church in Mount Olive and enjoyed playing the base guitar and singing praises unto God.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, David Earl Graham, and three sisters, Geraldine Reid, Mary Wellington and Carrie Graham.
He is survived by his wife of the home, Gwendolyn Newkirk Graham; his father, David J. Graham of Dudley; two brothers, Elder John Lee (Josy) Graham Sr. of Smithfield and Curtis (Tasha) Graham of Durham; four sisters, Sarah (Aubrey) Broomfield of Memphis, Tenn., Margaret (Linwood) Smallwood of Dudley, Angela (Willie) Sykes and Rhonda (Ralph) Johnson both of Goldsboro; one uncle, William (Tine) Hinton of Dudley; three aunts, Ester Drake of Dudley, Clara Johnson of Goldsboro and Della Pendick of New York; a host of nephews and nieces; and other relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held today at McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 S. George St., from 2 to 6 p.m.
The family will receive friends at the residence.
