Robert Davis, 58, 4025 Church Road, died Monday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. at Hopewell United Methodist Church of Newton Grove, with the Rev. Jim Bailey officiating. He will be laid to rest with military honors in Grandview Memorial Gardens in Clinton.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Strickland Davis of the home, and two sons.
Bobby was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Davis and his mother, Luna Jackson Davis.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home in Clinton.
