NEWBURGH, N.Y. -- Vincent Douglas, 95, formerly of Warsaw, died Saturday in New York. Graveside services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Devotional Gardens in Warsaw. Arrangements by Rhodes Funeral Home, Warsaw.
