Essie Pearl Goodman, 96, of 410 Chestnut St., died Wednesday at SunBridge Nursing Center.
She is the daughter of the late Leonza and Jenkie Bradshaw Simmons.
The funeral will be held Monday at 3 p.m. at the Northeast FWB Church with the Rev. Jesse Warren officiating. Burial will follow in the Carver Cemetery.
Viewing will be held today from 4-7 p.m. at the Garris Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will assemble at 2 p.m. at the home of Teresa Robinson, 817 S. Center St. Mount Olive in preparation for the funeral procession.
