Brent Damon Wells, 37, died Monday at his home.
Brent was born in Wayne County to Gene Wells of Goldsboro and the late Mary Frances Lowder Wells. He was a 1988 graduate of Southern Wayne High School. Brent worked with the family business, Southside Realty.
Graveside services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park, with the Rev. Kelvin Gurley officiating.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his brother, Scott Wells and wife, Belva; his niece and nephews, Allison Wells, Cullen Wells and Russell Wells; his special friend, Vicki Cseley, of Goldsboro; and several special aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorials in Brent's memory may be made to the Children's Miracle Network, 4220 Steeles Ave., W. Suite HC-18, Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada L4L3S8.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the home of his father, 100 Coburn Drive, Goldsboro.
