FREMONT -- Mary "Baby Mae" Hicks Artis, 82, 2641 N.C. 222 East, died Friday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Hamilton Funeral Chapel, with Elder Willie Lockwood officiating. Burial will be in the Forte Cemetery of Eureka.
She is survived by her husband, Mack W. Artis; two children; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. today at Hamilton Funeral Chapel. A wake will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral chapel, with the family present to receive other family members and friends.
At other times, the family will be at the home of Mack Artis.
