Rennie Faye Blackburn, 78, a former resident of Pikeville Family Care, died Wednesday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 7 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Grady and the Rev. Doug Radford officiating. Interment will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Willow Dale Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday following the service at Seymour Funeral Home.
