NASHVILLE -- Catherine Surles Spikes, 30, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2008.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Edgecombe Memorial Park.
Catherine was preceded in death by her father, Oliver S. "Steve" Surles and was a member of Parkwood Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Todd Spikes; son, Stevens Todd Penny of the home; mother, Jacqueline B. Surles of Tarboro; brothers, Alex Surles of Alexandria, Va., and Greg Surles of Tarboro; grandfather, Carlisle "Gov" Friend of Goldsboro; stepchildren, Thomas and Heather Spikes of Nashville.
Friends are invited to visit the family from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Carlisle Funeral Home and at other times at the home of Jaacqueline Surles, 1506 Speight Ave., Tarboro.
