PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- Delacy Swinson Thompson, 83, died on Wednesday.
Mrs. Thompson, a native of Wayne County, was the daughter of the late Robert and Willie Ann Lewis Swinson.
Funeral is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 4, 10 a.m. at Pinn Memorial Baptist Church, 2251 N. 54th St., Philadelphia, Pa. 19131. Burial will be at the Eden Cemetery, Collingdale, Pa.
Survivors include two sons, Stephen Thompson and wife, Christine, David Thompson Jr. and wife, Joanne, all of Philadelphia, Pa.; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Minnie Bell Ruffin of Washington, D.C., Evangelist Lula Ellen Petty of Newark, N.J.; three brothers, David Swinson of Goldsboro, N.C., Bob Swinson of WSSG Radio Station, Goldsboro, N.C., Carl Swinson of Washington, D.C.; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
