ETHEL W. STRICKLAND

Ethel Warrick Strickland, 93, died Wednesday morning. She was born in Wayne County to the late William Richard and Sarah Carter Warrick and was married to the late George Norwood Strickland. After 26 years of service, she retired from Borden Manufacturing.
Graveside services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park with the Rev. Jack Sauls officiating. The family will be receiving friends immediately following the service.
She is survived by one stepdaughter, Gale Hartley; one stepson, Donnell Strickland; 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by two daughters, Mildred Pierce and Mattie Ott.
