MOSS HILL -- Hazel Rodwell Jones, 95, of Moss Hill, died Friday at Kinston Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Mrs. Jones was born in Warren County to the late Hugh Edgar and Mamie Shearin Rodwell. She was wife of the late Wiley Washington Jones Sr. Four children survive.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at Union Baptist Church with the Revs. Gary Anderson, Richard Stanford and Gerald Garris officiating. Burial will follow at Westview Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 3-5 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home and at other times they will be at the home. Memorials may be made to the Union Baptist Church Steeple Fund, 6504 Hwy 55 W., Kinston, N.C. 28504. Online condolences may be expressed at www.rousefh.com.
