Sarah E. Davis, 68, of 205 S. Herman St., died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital. She preceded in death by her daughter, Sarah D. Winbush.
The triumphant homegoing service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Luke Church of Christ with Elder David Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
To cherish beautiful memories she leaves her husband of 53 years, Chester Davis of the home; five daughters, Robin Graham and husband, Berkley, Debra Bailey and husband, Rodney, Jestine McLamb, Bettie Broadhurst, Lisa Newkirk and husband, Ronnie; three sisters; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; special nephew, K.D. McMillian.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 until 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro. The family will receive friends at the residence.
