SMITHFIELD -- Dorothy Anita Thompson Dillon, 80, formerly of the Saulston community in Goldsboro, died Saturday at Johnston Memorial Hospital. She was born in West Virginia to the late George and Sarah Thompson. She was married to the late Rev. Frederick Dillon.
One child survives.
A service to celebrate her life will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Saulston United Methodist Church with the Rev. Rick Ward officiating. Visitation will follow service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to Saulston United Methodist Church, 4620 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, N.C. 27534.
