The Rev. Zelma Carlisle Royal, 85, of the Brian Center, died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Five children survive.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mark Church of Christ, Faro, with Elder Carolyn Barnes officiating. Burial will be at Wayne Memorial Park. Visitation will be 2-7 p.m. Friday with the family present to receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries of Goldsboro.
