EUNICE D. GRICE

HIGH POINT -- Eunice Daughtry Grice, 89, a long-time resident of Goldsboro, died Tuesday morning at West Chester Manor in High Point surrounded by her family.
Eunice was born in Wayne County to the late Emmett H. Daughtry and Helen Earp Daughtry. She was married to the late William James Grice. Eunice was a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church.
Graveside services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Willow Dale Cemetery with the Rev. David L. Harvin officiating.
Eunice is survived by her daughters, Daphne G. Parmelee of St. Simons Island, Ga., Jane G. Moudy of High Point, Susan G. Leonard and husband, Larry, of High Point; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Emmett Daughtry, Richard Daughtry and James Daughtry.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
