WARSAW -- Melvin Scott, 68, of 1079 N.C. 50 and U.S. Hwy. 117, died at home Wednesday.
He was born in Wake County to the late Thomas and Allie Thorpe Scott.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. today at Rhodes Funeral Home Chapel in Warsaw.
Interment will follow in Scott Cemetery in Warsaw.
Visitation was Saturday at the funeral home.
