Martha Terrill Smutny, age 62, of 113 Oak Ridge Drive, died Sunday at her home. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pa. to the late Frank and Martha Bennett Dicoskey and was married to Frank Smutny. A homemaker, she was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday, August 8, 2007 in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home. Mr. Horace Modlin will be officiating.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Terryl Beth and Onnie Terrell of Killeen, Texas, and Bonnie Renee and Randy Fritz of Midwest City, Okla.; one brother, Frank Dicoskey of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and three grandchildren, Giovanni Terrell, Cameron Terrell, and Terryl Ann Fritz.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 5005 LBJ Fwy., Ste. 250, Dallas, Texas 75244.
