Leona Ramsey Blackman, 82, died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital. The Oklahoma native was the daughter of the late Willie and Lillie Ramsey and was married to the late Richard Blackman.
She is survived by four children.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Mitchell officiating. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Seymour Funeral Home. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park.
