SNOW HILL -- Savannah Marie Hart, 8 months, passed away Tuesday at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. Savannah was born September 25, 2006, sharing the same birthday as her mother.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, June 15, at the chapel of Taylor-Tyson Funeral Service, with the Rev. Doug Nalley and Rev. Bobby Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Snow Hill Cemetery.
Savannah is survived by her parents, Timothy Allen and Melissa Bordeaux Hart; a sister, Alexis Nicole Hart of the home; maternal grandparents, Billy C. and Sue Turnage Bordeaux of Snow Hill; paternal grandparents, Annie Dail Smith of Walstonburg, the late Jimmy Smith and Jeffrey Hart of Grifton; maternal great-grandmother, Mavis Baker Turnage of Snow Hill; and paternal great-grandmothers, Doris Dail and Annie Marie Hart, both of Grifton; and several special aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the residence, 436 Ginn Road, Snow Hill, N.C.
