Lalia Brewington, 61, of 502 Creech St., died Wednesday at UNC Hospital, Chapel Hill.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Mark Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), with Bishop Alton Smith officiating. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters, Earlean Simmons of Goldsboro and Julianna Henry of Clayton; a stepdaughter, Anlisa Flanagan of New Orleans; two stepsons, Bennie Brewington III of Raleigh and Anthony Croom of Maryland.
Viewing will be Monday from 2 until 6 at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries. The family will receive friends at the residence.
