ALTON R. LEE
June 17, 1940 - March 30, 2007
KINSTON -- Alton Ray Lee, 66, 1944 Mount Vernon Estates Drive, died Friday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital. Ray was born in Lenoir County to the late Young H. and Leona Jarman Lee. He graduated from Grainger High School, served with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and was a member of the American Legion.
Memorial service will be Monday at 2 p.m. from Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.
He is survived by two sisters, Betty Lee Anderson and Frances Gaskins, both of Kinston.
