LEE L. MOODY

PIKEVILLE -- Lee Lamar Moody, 83, 1401 Gurley Dairy Road, died Sunday at his home. He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Seymour Moody.
Mr. Moody was born in Myrtle, Miss., owned and operated Lee's Wheel Alignment in Goldsboro. He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a member of Pleasant Hill Free Will Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park with military honors with the Rev. Chuck Owens officiating.
He is survived by his daughter, Billie Jean Hardesty of Goldsboro; his special friend, Helen Price of Princeton; grandchildren, Gina Coor of Pikeville, Robin Casey and husband, Eddie, of Goldsboro and Sara Hardesty of Clayton; and a great-granddaughter, Megan Lynn Casey of Goldsboro.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Free Will Baptist Church, 1080 Gurley Dairy Road, Pikeville, N.C. 27863.
Family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. at the home of his daughter in the Saulston Community, 104 Quail Croft Drive, Goldsboro.
Arrangements are with Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
