LETHA M. HUGHES

Letha M. Hughes, 78, formerly of 1902 E. Holly St., died Wednesday at the Brian Center. Born in Sampson County, she was the daughter of the late Eddie and Annie Thorne McCullen. She was the wife of the late Marce Hughes and a homemaker.
Funeral services will be Friday at 7 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Fu-neral Home with Horace Modlin officiating. Com-mittal services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Plainview Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
She is survived by a son, Eddis Marce Hughes of Golds-boro; daughter, Jeannette Hughes Wagner of Clayton; grandchildren, Heather Renee and Junior Hughes, both of Goldsboro, and Eric Wagner of Clayton; great-grandson, Tyler Hughes of Goldsboro; and special friend, Gray Wade of Goldsboro.
Family members will greet friends Friday following the service at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and at other times at the home of Eddis Hughes, 104 B. Ellis Dr., Goldsboro.
