REV. HOWARD "SLIM" HUNT

Rev. Howard "Slim" Hunt, 72, 916 National Drive, died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Greater N.C. Jurisdic-tional COGIC Headquarters, 1609 Wendell Road, Wendell, with Bishop Leroy Jackson Woolard, officiating. Burial will be at Wayne Memorial Park.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Jones Hunt of the home; daughters, Tasha Hunt of Goldsboro, Rolanda of Augusta, Ga., Lashonda of Raleigh; sons, Lorenzo Tim-mons of Goldsboro and Quincy King of Henderson; brothers, Charlie and Samuel Rushing of Goldsboro; sisters, Jenet Craig and Helen Rushing Bifkin, both of Goldsboro; seven grandchildren.
Viewing will be Thursday from 2 to 7 p.m. at Love Temple United Holy Church Headquarters, 201 N. Oak Forest Road, Goldsboro. Viewing will also be Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. prior to the service at Greater N.C. Jurisdictional COGIC Head-quarters, Wendell.
Arrangements are being handled by McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries, 900 S. George St., Goldsboro.
