Oliver Haywood Lupton, 65, 101 Baler Drive, died Wednesday at his residence.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory, Goldsboro. Interment will follow at Pineview Cemetery, Seven Springs.
Mr. Lupton was born in Wayne County to the late Lenwood Lupton and Audrey Dudley Lupton. He was retired from the City of Goldsboro.
He is survived by his special friend, Erma McNair of Goldsboro; two brothers, John Thomas Lupton and his wife, Linda, of Mount Olive and Linwood Seal Lupton Jr. of Seven Springs; four sisters, Yvonne Sullivan and her husband, Gene, of Seven Springs, Soundra Brown and Cynthia Radford, both of Princeton, and Claire Lupton of Goldsboro; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Gerald and Jackie Lupton.
The family will receive friends this evening from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the residence.
