KENLY -- Julius M. "Ted" Raper, 81, 4025 Hickory Crossroads Road, died Tuesday at Johnston Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Cuddington Raper.
Memorial service will be tonight at 7 in Coley Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Neil Penley officiating.
He is survived by a daughter, Lucy Raper Hubbard of Kenly; son, Teddy W. Raper of Raleigh; sister, Louise Harrison of Chesapeake, Va.; one grandson and one great-grandson.
The family will receive friends following the service.
