ANN E. SPICER
Died Jan. 29, 2007
Ann Erwin Spicer died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Wayne County to the late James Williams and Clytee Ward Spicer. She was an instructor at Wayne Community College, member of First Presbyterian Church and past president of Delta Kappa Gamma, IOPA Chapter.
Memorial service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Drew Clark and the Rev. Ryan Rasmussen officiating.
She is survived by her sister, Jane S. Franklin and husband, E. Thomas Franklin Jr. of Goldsboro; her brother, James W. Spicer Jr. and wife, Kathryn C., of Goldsboro; her nephew, James W. Spicer III of Goldsboro; and her niece, Eleanor K. Spicer of Athens, Ga.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 1101 E. Ash St., Goldsboro, 27530 or to the Wayne Community College Foundation, 3000 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, 27533.
The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the home of Tommy and Jane Franklin, 705 E. Beech St., Goldsboro.
Arrangements are with Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
