WILSON -- Clarice Elizabeth "Ricy" Newkirk Haskins, 78, 507 Manchester St., died Sunday at Wilson Medical Center. She is a native of Wayne County, former member of St. James AME Zion Church and Dilliard High School Class of 1944. Mrs. Haskins was preceded in death by her parents, Hilton Newkirk and Maggie Newkirk Baines.
Among her survivors is her husband, James Thomas Haskins of the home; stepsons, the Rev. Ernie Haskins of Goldsboro and Hal Haskins of Norfolk, Va.
