Man injured after wreck

Wayne County EMS loads Bertin Santibanez, 22, of Pikeville, into the back of an ambulance after he rolled over a Kia Rio Saturday evening at 6415 Wayne Memorial Drive just before 6. Santibanez was traveling south when he ran off of the road to the right and overcorrected left, rolling the car over and into a wire fence. He was taken to Wayne Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries and is being charged with driving while impaired, reckless driving and driving without an operators license.
