Full SizeMore than 100 people took part in the second annual Run for Life sponsored by the Wayne Pregnancy Care Center on Saturday at Walnut Creek. The event raised nearly $32,000. Jordan Phillips raised the most money for a youth, $1,500; Jennifer Thornton raised the most money for an adult, $2,970; and Faith Free Will Baptist Church raised the most for an organization, $1,700. Money raised will go toward counseling, free pregnancy tests and abstinence programs in schools and churches. To make a donation call 919-583-9330 or mail a check to P.O.
