Pikeville business owner Joseph Wayne Blizzard, also known as "Doodle," has been charged with two felony counts of possession of stolen property, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday.
Blizzard, 38, of 1273 Nahunta Road in Pikeville, was found in possession of a flatbed trailer and a Caterpillar bulldozer, both reported stolen out of other counties.
The trailer was stolen from another state, according to a press release issued by the sheriff's office.
A records check indicated Blizzard has been in the land clearing business in Pikeville since 1999.
His bond has been set at $50,000 secured and he is scheduled to appear in Wayne County District Court later today.
