Tomas Garcia, 9, right, dressed as Colin Powell, speaks to teachers and fellow students on the life and achievements of the former Secretary of State during the fifth annual "Living Museum" held in Cathy Drew's fourth-grade class at Spring Creek Elementary School Tuesday. Students dressed as important black figures in American history, such as Powell, Condoleezza Rice and Hall of Fame baseball player Jackie Robinson as they made presentations based on their research.
