First arrest made in Bandy shooting

Goldsboro police have made one arrest in the death of Barbara Bandy, catching up with one of the suspects in Miami, Fla., Sgt. Chad Calloway said.
Anthony Dwayne Jackson, last known to live on North Leslie Street, faces one count of murder in the shooting of Ms. Bandy Tuesday night last week.
Ms. Bandy was sitting in her car when Jackson and John Oscar Mumford, last known to live on Whitted Court, opened fire on her. Ms. Bandy died two days later. Police are still looking for Mumford.
The two men also allegedly fired at Ms. Bandy's home, with three people inside. Police described the shooting as a disagreement between acquaintances.
