Jessica Jordan, a gift wrapper for the Goldsboro Mayor's Youth Council, puts the finishing touches on a present at Berkeley Mall on Monday. Shoppers crowded the mall this week, trying to find that final Christmas gift. Many stores were offering big discounts and already touting their after-Christmas sales. At center court, a long line of children waited for a chance to whisper their wishes into Santa's ear.
