Garner-Winders
Paige and Rusty Winders of Goldsboro exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony June 9, 2012, at 4 p.m. at Stoney Creek, with Gary Bailey officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Jeffrey Alan and Karen Wood Garner of Goldsboro and the granddaughter of Kenneth and Patrica Garner of LaGrange and Boyd and Jean Wood of Kinston.
She graduated from Wayne Christian School and Mitchell’s Academy. She is employed as hairdresser at Ultimate Raaz.
The groom is the son of Hilton Winders Jr. and Arlene Winders of Goldsboro and the grandson of the late Hilton Winders of Fremont, Rosa Winders of Fremont and the late Robert and Elizabeth Linton of Snow Hill.
He graduated from Faith Christian School and Johnston Community College. He is employed as truck driver at Pitt Country Mart.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her mother and father.
She wore a beaded lace trumpet gown with a champagne sash and a sweep train.
Her headpiece was a cathedral veil.
Courtney Albritton was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Karli Beasley, Amanda Pearce and Jennifer Price.
Hilton Winders Jr. served as best man.
Groomsmen were Rodney Winders, Hilt Winders III, Robert Winders, Will Garner and T.J. Sasser.
Ann Marie Howard was flower girl.
Eli Winders was the ringbearer.
Mary beth Williams directed the wedding.
A program of wedding music was provided by Amber Winders and Kevin Denton, vocalists, and Ellen Adams, harpist.
A reception was hosted by bride’s parents at Lane Tree Golf Course.
