Niemond-Mitchell
Jaimie Lee Niemond and Tyler Blake Mitchell exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Aug. 18, 2012, at 4 p.m. at Mount Olive Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Steven Wicks officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Douglas and Melissa Pittard Niemond of Mount Olive and the granddaughter of the late Douglas and Mary Jane Niemond of Chambersburg, Pa., Lee Brandon Cozart and the late Gene Cozart of Mount Olive and the late Latney Pittard of Mount Olive.
The groom is the son of Don and Lori Quinn Mitchell of Goldsboro and the grandson of Grover Mitchell and the late Lois Pittman Mitchell of Goldsboro and Louis and Faye Quinn and the late Edna Gregory Quinn of LaGrange.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
Erin Vasquez, friend of the bride, was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Jessica Pittard, Melissa Hill, Casey Mitchell, Ashley Hennessee, Jamie Miller, Rachel Maddox and Allison Hicks.
Don Mitchell served as his son’s best man.
Groomsmen were Joey Quinn, Teddy Quinn, Doogie Niemond, David Hill, Ryan Miller, Joel Garris and Hunter Chase.
Skyler Barnes, daughter of the groom, was the flower girl.
A program of wedding music was provided by Sonja Strouse, vocalist, and Jimmy Aycock, pianist.
The bride’s parents hosted a reception following the ceremony at Goldsboro Country Club.
After a wedding trip, which is a suprise to the bride, the couple will reside in Goldsboro.
The groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Walnut Creek Country Club.
