Taylor - Broadhurst
Andrea Shamel Broadhurst and Bryan McKinley Taylor exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Oct. 1 at 5:30 p.m. at Providence Harvest United Church of God in Christ in Raleigh, with Dr. H. E. McNair officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Donald and Vanessa Coley Broadhurst of Raleigh and the granddaughter of the late Alvin Broadhurst, Edna Royall Broadhurst and Thomas and Margaret Coley Swinson of Goldsboro.
She is a 2006 graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a 2007 graduate of the University of Virginia with a master’s degree in accounting. She is employed as an audit senior at BDO LLP USA.
The groom is the son of Evans Taylor Jr. and Vanessa Reid Taylor of Raleigh and the grandson of Annie Taylor and the late Evans Taylor of Fayetteville and the late Roy and Margaret Reid of Morganton.
He is a 2000 graduate of William G. Enloe High School in Raleigh and he attends Wake Technical Community College for an associate degree in business administration. He is employed as a customer care supervisor at Xerox Inc.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
After their wedding trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple will reside in Raleigh.
