Smith - Moye
Kimberly Nicole Moye and Travis John Smith exchanged vows Dec. 4 at Free Gospel Church in Snow Hill, with the Rev. Michael Hamm officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Moye of Hookerton.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Smith of LaGrange.
The bride was escorted by her father and presented in marriage by her parents.
She wore a white satin A-line gown with beaded lace and a cutout lace hem with a chapel-length train.
The bride carried a hand-tied bouquet of white lilies, red roses, purple stock and red Gerber daisies.
Stephanie Sullivan of LaGrange was her sister’s matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Kensey Smith of LaGrange, sister of the groom; Cinnamon Powell and Cyrstal Murphy of Winterville and Katie McGrath of Greenville, friends of the bride; and Rebecca Webb of Hookerton, goddaughter of the bride.
Kenneth Smith was his son’s best man.
Groomsmen were Aaron Layden and Will Wade of Snow Hill, Garrett Sutton of Goldsboro and Brandon Hill of Hookerton, friends of the groom, and Daniel Anderson of Greenville, cousin of the groom.
Katie Bowers of Winterville, friend of the bride, was flower girl. Tristan Green of Rosewood, nephew of the bride, was ringbearer.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the church family life center.
After their wedding trip to the Bahamas, the couple will reside in LaGrange.
