Cullinane - Prasad
Tara Shannon Prasad of Arlington, Va., and Bryce Micheal Cullinane of Arlington exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony Nov. 6 at 5:30 p.m. at Stoney Creek Free Will Baptist Church, with Richard Closson officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. H.N. Krishnaprasad and Belinda Gail Bradshaw Krishnaprasad of Goldsboro and the granddaughter of Novella Bradshaw and the late David Earl Bradshaw of Goldsboro.
She graduated from Campbell University with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications, and is pursuing a master’s degree in foreign affairs. She is employed in administration and production at Comcast Network in Washington, D.C.
The groom is the son of Micheal and Colleen Cullinane of Tumeckula, Calif., and the grandson of Virginia Anderson and the late Robert Anderson of Laguna Woods, Calif., Adelle Faucet and the late James Faucet of West Covina, Calif., and Andy and Ann Cullinane of El Toro, Calif.
He graduated from State University in Stoneybrook, N.Y., with a bachelor’s degree in political science, and is pursuing a master’s degree from George Washington University in political management. He is employed as an associate of business development at Resonate Networks.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
She wore a spaghetti strap bridal gown with an Alencon lace sweetheart bodice with freshwater pearl appliqués at the natural waist. Handmade silk flowers and Alencon lace appliqués accented the skirt and chapel-length train.
Anjali Kay McCumbee was her sister’s matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Christy Thompson, Brittney Bradshaw, Diana Jeffers, Heather Hinson, Megan Jamerson and Lynn Stinson.
Ryan Cullinane was his brother’s best man.
Groomsmen were Ryan Aries, Rajesh Prasad, Ryan Archdeacon, John McConnell, Travis Spier and Brett Parkola.
Diya Shreenath was flower girl. Rohan Shreenath and Siddarth Shreenath were the ringbearers.
Shawn Schindler directed the wedding. Presiding at the register was Shelly Gross. Amanda Clapp distributed programs.
A program of wedding music was provided by Kim Honeycutt, pianist; Anjali Kay McCumbee and Melinda McKee, vocalists; Melinda McKee, cellist; and Rick Hinson, Mike McKee and Brett Parkola, guitarists.
Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance reception was held at Walnut Creek Country Club. Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Bradshaw and Mr. and Mrs. H.N. Jayaram greeted guests.
After their wedding trip to the Mediterranean and a European cruise, the couple will reside in Arlington.
Events held before the wedding included a lingerie shower May 30 hosted by Heather Hinson; a couple’s shower Sept. 11 hosted by friends of the bride’s parents; and a bridal shower Oct. 3 hosted by family and friends.
A rehearsal dinner was held at the Renaissance Hotel in Raleigh.
