Corprew - Ardes
SMITHFIELD — Sarah Ann Ardes of Pikeville and Parker Andrews Corprew of Goldsboro exchanged vows in a double-ring ceremony March 21 at 3 p.m. at Shadowhawk western town, with Tim Sharp officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Reese Thomas Ardes II of Brooksville, Fla., and Dorothy Jean Ardes of Pikeville and the granddaughter of Lorraine Ardes and the late Reese T. Ardes of Spring Hill, Fla., and the late Peter and Apolonia Horbonis of Souderton, Pa.
She graduated from Rosewood High School. She is employed as manager at Schlotzsky’s.
The groom is the son of Louis W. Corprew Jr. and Mary Margaret Corprew of Seguin, Texas, and the grandson of the late Louis and Mary Corprew of Fountainsburg and the late Judge Joseph W. and Jessie Parker of Windsor.
He graduated from Holmes High School in San Antonio, Texas. He is employed as a mechanic at T.A. Loving.
The bride was escorted by her father and stepfather and given in marriage by her family.
She wore a white gown with a full veil dusted with rhinestones.
The bride carried a bouquet of callo lilies.
Crystal Lefkowitz was her sister’s matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Amber Scott, friend of the bride, and Noelle Foster, stepsister of the bride.
Will Herring was his friend’s best man.
Groomsmen were Brother of the Bride, Reese Ardes III, brother of the bride, and Aaron Foster, stepbrother of the bride.
Ushers were Scott Lefkowitz and Josh Scott.
Melody Lefkowitz, niece of the bride, was flower girl. Gabriel Lefkowitz, nephew of the bride, was ringbearer.
A program of wedding music was provided by David Wiler, pianist and vocalist.
A reception was held at the Steak Barn.
After their wedding trip to Linville Falls, the couple will reside in Goldsboro.
The bride’s mother and stepfather hosted a rehearsal dinner.
