Rose - Evans
PRINCETON — Rebecca Evans and Danny Rose exchanged vows in a double-ring outdoor ceremony June 13 at 10 a.m., with Tim Holt officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Donald and Jenny Evans of Selma and the granddaughter of Charlie and Grace Evans of Princeton, Clara Mae Aycock and the late Alford Aycock of Princeton.
She is employed as a registered nurse at a local hospital.
The groom is the son of Howard Ray and LaVerne T. Rose of Princeton and the grandson of Myrtle C. Godwin and the late Garland M. Rose of Brogden and the late James Elmer and Eunice B. Thompson of Pine Level.
He is employed as a machinist at APV/SPX.
The bride was escorted by her father and presented in marriage by her parents.
She wore a satin A-line gown with detachable cap sleeves, a chiffon split front overlay and metallic embroidery. The dress had an embroidered chapel train.
Katelyn Evans, daughter of the bride, was flower girl.
Family and friends will host a reception.
After their wedding trip to Pigeon Forge, Tenn., the couple now resides in Selma.
